““I just want to feel healthy and happy again.” That was a goal I’d set time and time again, but struggled to achieve on my own. He is also very good at adapting the routine as and whenever necessary to deal with my pre-existing injuries. In fact, for years I had suffered from plantar fasciitis in both feet – but not anymore!
