Post Rehabilitation

We transition you from the care of the physical therapist to our training model, which focuses on regeneration/corrective exercising. Our programming is structured in conjunction with your physical therapist as it relates to movement, range of motion, stabilization and strength training.

Corporate Training

Our trainers bring the group fitness aspect of training to your conference room. The sessions are structured in a station based setting, which varies from 3-6 stations. This form of structure gives us the opportunity to categorize each clients based on their fitness level. Each client is provided with a training log, to monitor their progress, and food log.

Virtual Training (coming soon)

This up and coming training component represents the next paradigm shift in regards to personal fitness. The major benefits of our online service is the ability for you to workout in the privacy of your own home, with your own equipment and on your own schedule. Our online component allows you to avoid the gyms environment that makes some uncomfortable. Our online fitness services are developed by professionals, who are certified to present safe and effective exercise routines.

Sports Performance Training

Our Performance Trainers work with the athletes by implementing specific exercises and variables with the end result being an improvement in your chosen sport. Every sport challenges and athletes physical capacity in different ways, so, in return, a good sports performance program will enhance the capabilities of the athletes to perform the skills most necessary to their sports of choice. Our sports performance program will include the following benefits to the athlete: injury prevention; decreased waste effort due to improper movement; myofascial release; increase postural control; balance and stability; increase muscular endurance; increase total strength; elevate maximum power output, and energy system training.

Adult & Youth Training Program

Design and administer functional movements, strength, flexibility, aerobic, and training programs that reduce the likelihood of injuries and improve quality of life. More precisely design training programs that create the desire results in body composition, strength, muscular endurance, cardiovascular endurance, coordination, balance, and power. Our adult training programs account for biomechanical and physiological differences among individuals. Taking into account their ages, sex, training status, physical limitations, and injury status. We strive to educate individuals on the importance of good nutrition and it’s role in health and performance.

Boot Camp:

is type of group exercise class that mixes traditional calisthenic and body weight exercises with interval training and strength training. Our styles of fitness boot camps, are designed in a way that pushes the participants harder than they’d push themselves and, in that way, resemble a military boot camp. The typical fitness boot camp is done outdoors, but sometimes they are held in a gym or fitness facility.

Boot Camps have grown in popularity over the years primarily because they offer a new way to get a low-cost, efficient and challenging workout. They definitely aren’t for every person who enjoys exercise, but with the right instructor, these fitness classes get fast results and create a supportive and motivational community of like-minded people.

Fitness Consultant:

The primary duties revolve around familiarity with exercise science and exercise technique. More importantly, we effectively distill knowledge for others; teaching requires much greater mastery than simply performing what you know. Our trainers instruct or design an exercise program for people with special needs like pregnancy, obesity, injuries and chronic conditions like diabetes or high blood pressure. In addition we conduct group orientations or to speak in public about fitness and wellness.

Health Coach:

Our coaches are supportive mentors and wellness authorities work with clients to help them feel via best through food and lifestyle changes. Instead of prescribing one diet for weight of exercising oh health coaches taylor individualized wellness programs to meet their clients needs. Relationships, exercise, career, and spirituality I just as important to your health as the food you eat our health coaches understand this and take a holistic approach to supporting the whole person.

Kinesiology Taping/Rock Taping:
